Follow.
That is my word for 2010. I desire to follow Jesus daily at each and every turn. To obey like He did. To serve like He did. To love like He did. To be honest, it kind of scares me.
Jesus' obedience led Him to the cross.
His service got His hands dirty.
His love meant laying down His life for His friends.
Am I ready to follow Him there?

:) Last night the kids were asleep, my husband and I were just not feeling the "let's make a new years plan" feeling. We looked at each other and he said: what's the plan for next year? Follow God. Ok? Ok.
And then we went to sleep and that was it! :)
In the past we have talked about year goals etc. I guess this year we were keepign it simple. ;)
Can't think of a better little word for any year! Enjoy the leading of your shepherd this year.
great word, and you will have a great year of following Him! Love you. Wishing you all of God's grace, peace, hope, joy and love for 2010 (what more could a person want???)
I love that verse. I discovered it a few years ago and it is now one of my favorite. May 2010 indeed find you following Him!
Move in close, seek seeing Him, take HIM VERY seriously, obey . . . I love it. No wonder I love looking at sheep.
i love your word for this new year!
